At size? Canada, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that certain high-heat launches and final sale items may be ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn sneakers or apparel in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer or carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and retain your receipt until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
